Vincent J. Mazziotta

Mr. Mazziotta joined Troob Capital Management LLC in 2013 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for the financial reporting, operations and compliance matters of TCM and the family office of the principals. Prior to joining TCM, Mr. Mazziotta was a Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche LLP in the Investment Management group specializing in audit engagements of private equity, hedge and credit funds. Prior to Deloitte, Mr. Mazziotta was the Controller of a multi-family office that operated investment partnerships with over one billion dollars in assets under management. His responsibilities included managing the accounting, reporting, operations and finance related functions for the multi-strategy partnerships, as well as monitoring their passive investments and equity positions. Before joining the family office, Mr. Mazziotta was a Manager at Ernst and Young LLP in the Asset Management Group specializing in audit engagements of a diverse group of investment partnerships and broker dealers. Mr. Mazziotta began his career with the National Futures Association performing financial and compliance audits of funds. Mr. Mazziotta is a CPA who received an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University in 2000 and 1995, respectively.
